HEARTS campaign
HEARTS Awareness Raising Campaign
The HEARTS Awareness Raising Campaign has been co-created to strengthen mental health promotion and trauma support in HE through shared narratives and creative action. It bridges the digital and physical worlds by connecting partner universities through real community voices, multimedia content, and high-impact public events across Europe.
The Campaign includes:
- Featured Community Reels: Short videos on mental health literacy, finding balance, and reducing stigma created by students and staff.
- Local & Final Conferences: Knowledge-sharing events at partner campuses, including the Final Conference at UAB Barcelona.
- The "Visible Voices" Exhibition: A public photo-voice gallery at UAB showcasing the HEARTS Framework and artistic results from Cagliari and Lisbon.
- Creative Advocacy: A specialized Forum Theatre performance, "Espavila, que faràs tard", created by La Xixa Lab to demonstrate the power of performing arts in social change.
It is designed for academic staff, professional services, students, and community organizations looking for practical, arts-based ways to build inclusive and supportive university environments.
